I had the same thing four years ago, only closer to my head on the upper part of the helix. It was much bigger. Went to the hospital and a doctor lanced it for me. It was fantastic.

He took it well considering that is a very painful area of the ear.

That guy is a butcher. All he had to do was make a small hole and squeeze. Why would he even film that or allow anyone to film it?

He did a good job considering he was doing it one handed. Would have enjoyed it more with more light. Still worth a 2nd...3rd....and more looks.

Ok, there is so much to say about this video, however most of you have already voiced my thoughts, lack of sterile techniques, equipment, proceedures, peacock one day human the next. If anything this video shows me how absolutely sweet dear lord lucky I am to have been born in this part of the planet! I mean really this poor soul is in fact lucky to have found access to someone, bird doctor or not who can relieve that abcess for him. His other option is to have to live with the infection and probably die from it. Sad but I honestly do not think that most of us in the western worl can truly understand how really I mean really lucky we are to have access to basic health care needs. Just this cats thoughts... :~
